Welcome

Classes are on Monday and Wednesday from 9:15 am - 11 am. Dues are $30 a month. We meet in the President's Room at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church at 30th and Peoria, Tulsa, OK. Our head trainer is Anitra Lavanhar who has been practicing White Crane Silat for 18 years. We welcome newcomers. The first class is free. More experienced class members also meet on Friday from 9:15 am to 11 am to work individually on their movements.
